About Guarantee and Returns
If you have received your order and it is damaged or it is faulty, please return it to us, at the following address below, with a note stating you have received a faulty product OR it has been damaged in the post. Please return it to us within 7 days for a full refund, store credit or exhange.
The Distance Selling Regulations - give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) or you can fax or e-mail us the statement.
